Rules
• Your rental time includes: load-in, setup, shoot/event time, tear down, and cleaning.
• The studio must be completely cleaned and vacated by your scheduled end time.
• Smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly prohibited anywhere inside the building. Violations will result in immediate removal, applicable fees, and no refund.
• Alcohol is not permitted without written pre-approval. To request approval, email hello@grown.agency before your booking. Unauthorized alcohol will result in a $100 fee.
• Please leave the studio in the same condition you found it. This includes: sweeping and/or mopping floors, removing all trash, returning furniture and props to their original locations., and spot cleaning painted floors as needed.
• Do not drag furniture across the floor. You may bring your own equipment and props, provided they do not damage the space.
• The following are not permitted: glitter, confetti, lit candles, open flames, nails or pins in walls or backdrops, and hanging anything from ceilings or walls.
• The following require prior approval: feathers, food products, bdody paint, and any other difficult-to-clean materials.
• Pets and animals are not permitted in the studio.
• Please report any damage, maintenance concerns, or cleanliness issues immediately. Renters are responsible for any damage that occurs during their rental.
• Lock the door using the keypad's lock icon when leaving. Do not lock the physical doorknob.
• Roof access is strictly prohibited.
• The property is protected by video surveillance.
Policies
• Cancellations & rescheduling more than 24 hours before your booking: Full refund or reschedule.
• Cancellations & rescheduling less than 24 hours before your booking: No refunds or reschedules.
• Overtime is given a 15-minute grace period is provided. After that, overtime will be billed at the applicable hourly rental rate in hourly increments.
• The studio comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. Groups larger than 10 require written approval. The maximum permitted occupancy is 30 people, even with approval.
• Grown Creative Agency and Grown Studios are not responsible for personal injury or loss of personal property. The renter is responsible for the safety and conduct of all guests during the rental.
Fines
• Cleaning Fee: $200
• Damage Fee: Starting at $250 per studio (depending on severity)
• Smoking/Vaping: Subject to both Cleaning and Damage Fees
• Unauthorized Alcohol: $100
• Capacity Violation: $100

Grown Studios

We work out of a historic firehouse in downtown Saint Louis, Missouri. The top floor is our creative office, and the ground floor is available to rent as studio or event space. It’s flooded with natural light, has 15-foot ceilings, and is conveniently located on the Brickline Greenway just two blocks north of Energizer Park.

Get 5 hours every month for only $100/month

For less than the cost of one standard $150 studio hour, you get 5 hours of studio time every month for $100.

Join membership
Membership includes:

5 hours of studio time per month. (Unused hours do not roll over.)

No daily or monthly booking limits.

Membership is capped at 40 active members, ensuring better availability and a comfortable studio experience.
